Production Time

Each piece of jewelry is Handmade-To-Order. Expect a 1 to 2 week order fulfilment time prior to shipping.

Please contact me for rush orders prior to purchase. I will do my best to work with your time requests.

Shipping

I ship worldwide from France. Shipping time depends on your country. Within France, expect between 2 - 5 business days. Outside of France, expect on 6-14 business days. All orders are shipped with tracking numbers. Please note that your shipment time is in addition to the Handmade-to-Order time of 1 to 2 weeks. I can update you of the timeline upon order. Email me if you have specific time constraints. Insurance, tax, and country duties are not covered by shipping, packages may be subject each country’s duty tax policy. *See Shipping policies for specific package rates and countries covered.

Returns

Everything is handmade with high attention to detail by me. If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me at meghan@meghandevinat.com to notify me and return for a full refund minus shipping. The jewelry must be in its new, unused condition, and returned within14 days of receipt.

If the jewelry is found to be defective, please contact me right away for a replacement.

Should the jewelry sustain damage or need repair due to customer wear & tear, I would be happy to help. Please contact me via email: meghan@meghandevinat.com and I will work with you to repair it. Charges may apply and will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
